PhotoFromEmojiAI is a free, browser‑based tool that converts a photograph you provide into a mosaic built from emoji characters. All processing happens locally in your browser, using canvas rendering — no account is required, and no photo is uploaded to any server.

We provide the Service "as is" and may add, change, or remove features, or interrupt or discontinue the Service at any time, without notice or liability.

3. Your Photographs & Output

You retain all ownership rights to any photograph you use with the tool. Because processing is local to your browser, we never receive, store, or have access to your source photographs or the mosaics generated from them.

You're solely responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights or permissions to use, transform, and share any photograph you upload — including photos of other people. Don't use the Service with images you don't have the right to use.

4. Emoji & Intellectual Property

Emoji glyphs are typically rendered by your device's own operating system or font, and may be subject to trademark or licensing terms set by their respective providers (for example, Unicode Consortium members, Apple, Google, or your platform vendor). We don't claim ownership over any emoji character.

The PhotoFromEmojiAI name, logo, site design, and underlying code are the property of PhotoFromEmojiAI and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.

The mosaic artwork you create is yours to use, including for commercial purposes, subject to the rights of the underlying photograph and any restrictions your device's emoji font may carry.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use photographs you don't have the legal right to use or transform.
• Use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse‑engineer the Service in a way that harms its operation or other users.
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the site beyond normal browsing use.

6. Advertising & Third‑Party Links

The Service is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense, and includes sharing functionality provided by ShareThis. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review — see our Privacy Policy for details on the cookies involved.

The Service may link to external sites (such as our WhatsApp community). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third‑party site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
